In their own words

I think it's important to differentiate between the car and the dealer experience. The car is great, I spent a lot of time reading reviews before purchase and it's difficult to find a poor review for an I-pace unlike all other alternatives in my experience. Having bought one I can only agree with those reviews. It's a great car, the look inside and out is special and it is genuinely fun to drive if you are in the mood and the road allows. The Pivi pro infotainment system has a few idiosyncrasies but is easy to use, loads quickly and is comprehensive. The safety systems are well resolved (unlike other electric cars I have driven) and cruise control works superperbly. I charge mostly at home but when I have charged elsewhere have experienced no problems. It's still early days but so far I have not had any reliability issues.

As for the dealer (Synters), the buying process was straight forward and hassle-free. I have not had car serviced or other work done yet so I'm not able to offer any informed view, however my past experience of JLR has not been great but is nit a deal breaker for me.

This is the only car I have owned where a complete stranger has come up to me and complimented my car. I'm really enjoying it, I think you will too and at the moment second hand they are really good value.
